⚖️ Enforcement has started

French courts have ordered major retailers to fix their sites within six months or face daily penalties. German law firms are already sending warning letters.

💸 The penalties are real

Member states set their own fines: up to €100,000 in Germany, up to €1,000,000 in Spain, and up to 10% of turnover in the Netherlands.

🔁 One fix is never enough

Every new product page, banner or plugin can break accessibility again. That is why compliance is a habit, not a project.

What we check

Every scan runs the checks that account for the majority of real-world complaints:

Images without a description

A screen reader announces nothing at all.

Buttons and links with no name

Announced as just 'button' — checkout stops here.

Form fields without labels

The visitor hears 'edit text' and has no idea what to type.

Missing page language

The whole page gets read in the wrong accent.

Zoom disabled on mobile

Low-vision visitors cannot enlarge your text.

Broken heading structure

The page outline becomes unnavigable.

Questions

Does the law apply to my business?

The EAA covers companies selling products or services to EU consumers online, with 10 or more employees or over €2 million in annual turnover. Micro-businesses below both thresholds are exempt.

Does a passing scan mean I am compliant?

No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Automated testing reliably catches roughly a third of accessibility problems. It finds the obvious failures fast and cheaply — the rest needs a human review. We give you evidence and monitoring, not a certificate.

Do you change anything on my website?

Never. We only read your public pages, exactly like a search engine does. We do not inject scripts or overlays.

Why pay monthly for something I can fix once?

Because you will not fix it once. Every product you add, every plugin you install and every design tweak can reintroduce problems. Monitoring tells you within a week instead of when a letter arrives.
